Check-In/Check-Out Information
• UH FLAT The Songdo offers a contactless check-in/check-out process, allowing you to use your room without visiting the front desk.
• Please adhere to check-in (from 3:00 PM) and check-out (~11:00 AM) times.
* Early check-ins and late check-outs not coordinated with the front desk are not permitted. We are not responsible for any issues that arise outside of the designated times. Additional charges may apply based on usage.
* UH FLAT staff may enter the room without your permission outside of the designated usage hours.
Room Usage Guidelines
* The orientation of the bed, design of room accessories, and room view may differ from the photos provided. (Cancellations and refunds are not available for discrepancies.)
* Costs will be incurred for repairing wall damage caused by attaching balloons or other party decorations. Additionally, you will be held responsible for any damage to or loss of items provided in the room.
* If special cleaning or external services are required due to discoloration, stains, or odors after your stay, you will be liable for these costs.
* Pets are not allowed except in designated pet-friendly rooms (2B FLAT PET). Bringing a pet into non-designated rooms will result in immediate eviction. (Cancellations and refunds are not available for this reason.)
* Lost items will be kept for up to two weeks before disposal. (Food and drink items will be disposed of immediately upon discovery, regardless of whether they are opened.)
* All rooms (including verandas and balconies) are non-smoking. A 300,000 KRW fine will be charged for violations.
* You may be required to cover the cost of any damage to furniture and items in the room.
* In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors must be accompanied by a guardian under all circumstances. (For same-gender minors, please contact the front desk for prior approval.)
* Unaccompanied minors will result in immediate eviction, and cancellations or refunds will not be provided. (Compensation may be claimed if the business is suspended.)
Pet Policy
• Only rooms designated as pet-friendly allow pets.
* Pets are allowed only in 2B FLAT PET rooms.
* A maximum of one pet weighing less than 10 kg per room is allowed.
Some breeds may be restricted. (Dogo Argentino, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, English Bull Terrier)
* No additional charges apply.
* Pet supplies: Pet bed and feeding dishes are provided.
* Pets must wear a leash at all times (leash length limited to 1.5 meters).

ELEVATOR GUIDE
PARKING LOT
Free parking available on first, second, and third basement floors of the Songdo Hall Western Park Building
Enter and exit freely without any register.
* In addition to accommodation buildings A, B, and C, buildings D, E, and F share a common parking area. For your convenience, please park near buildings A, B, and C whenever possible to facilitate easy access upon entering or leaving the premises.
* Electric vehicle parking is available in columns 77 to 78 on the third floor of the underground parking lot. Please note that the charging fee is not included.

Please follow the sign of building A&B (A&B동) and park nearby.
2) Building entrance
There will be sign at the wall. (Building A&B entrance)
3) Elevator
You can go straight to your room floor by elevator.

•Bathroom supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hairdryer, and towels (cleansing foam and soap not available).
* Please contact us during business hours 10:00 - 19:00 for any additional requests.
Pets ※Pets are only allowed in the following room type.
• Room 2B FLAT PET is the only room type where pets are allowed.
• A single pet weighs less than 10kg is allowed to be accompanied per room.
* Certain breeds are restricted from entry. (Tosa, American Pit bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentina, Film Brasileiro, English Bull Terrier)
