Check-In/Check-Out Information


• Please adhere to check-in hours (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM) and check-out time (~11:00 AM).


* Early check-ins and late check-outs not coordinated with the front desk are not permitted. We are not responsible for any issues that arise outside of the designated times. Additional charges may apply based on usage.

* UH FLAT staff may enter the room without your permission outside of the designated usage hours.

Room Usage Guidelines


* The orientation of the bed, design of room accessories, and room view may differ from the photos provided. (Cancellations and refunds are not available for discrepancies.)

* Please observe check-in (from 4:00 PM) and check-out (~11:00 AM) times.

* Moving furniture within the room is strictly prohibited. If furniture is moved, you may be required to cover the cost of any damage or loss.

* Costs will be incurred for repairing any wall damage caused by attaching balloons or other party decorations.

* You will be held responsible for any damage to or loss of items provided in the room.

* If special cleaning or external services are required due to discoloration, stains, or odors after your stay, you will be liable for these costs.

* Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in immediate eviction. (Cancellations and refunds are not available for this reason.)

* Lost items will be kept for a maximum of two weeks before disposal. (Food and drink items will be disposed of immediately upon discovery, regardless of whether they are opened.)

* In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors must be accompanied by a guardian. (For same-gender minors, please contact the front desk for prior approval.)

* Unaccompanied minors will result in immediate eviction, and cancellations or refunds will not be provided. (Compensation may be claimed if the business is suspended.)

* Uh flat Seocho branch is a non-parking accommodation.

* As a result, free parking is not available, and you must use a separate paid parking lot in the basement of the building. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for parking when the parking lot is full.

* In the case of paid parking, please contact us in advance in order to get a 70% discount. We will assist you with the parking promptly during business hours (09:00~03:00)

* When registering parking in a paid parking lot, it costs about 1,700 won per price hour and 40,000 won for 24 hours.

* You can move from Building A and Building B through B1 (vice versa)
* There are two elevators in Building A and one in Building B.
* In case of an emergency, please move to the ground through the emergency exit.
