Check-in / Check-out Information
• Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 12:00
• Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed without prior approval. Any incidents outside the designated hours are not the hotel’s responsibility and may incur additional charges.
• Outside official room hours, UH FLAT staff may enter the room without prior permission.
Guestroom Policies
• Room layout, decor, and view may differ from photos (no cancellation/refund for this reason).
• Moving furniture is strictly prohibited; damages require full compensation.
• Damaged walls from party decorations (e.g., balloons) will incur restoration fees.
• Loss or damage of in-room items will be charged.
• Special cleaning fees apply for stains, odors, or contamination requiring external service.
• No pets allowed; violation leads to immediate eviction (no refund).
• Lost items are kept for 2 weeks (food items are discarded immediately).
• Minors cannot stay without a guardian; same-gender minors require prior approval.
• Smoking in any room results in a 1,000RM penalty.
Additional Charges
• Extra bedding: 30RM per 3 nights
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Standard 50RM per hour / Penthouse 150RM per hour (up to 3 hours; half-day rate applies after 6 hours)
