  • After checking in at the front office, we will guide you to your room along with the passcode to enter the front lobby.
  • Please look for the UH FLAT front office since the desk on the residence lobby is for the building residents.

  • Facilities on the residence are not available; Resident Lounge, Resident Front Office, and Kids room.
  • This is a non-parking accommodation, and the underground parking lot (Marriott Hotel property) of this building is not available.

  • Other items such as an iron, curling iron, and charger are available upon request.

Guidelines on Precautions When Using a Room

•Please note that the room’s layout, furnishings, and view may differ from the photographs. Cancellations or refunds will not be provided for this reason.
•We kindly request to be punctual to the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges. 

•Room Furniture: Guests are strictly prohibited from moving any furniture within their room. Any damages or alterations will require full compensation. 

•Room Decorations: Guests are advised that any damage to walls from attaching items, such as balloons, will result in charges for restoration. 

•Room Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or external services required due to discoloration, contamination, or odors caused during their stay. 

•Pets are not permitted in the rooms. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate expulsion without refund or cancellation. 

•Lost and found: Lost items will be retained for up to two weeks before disposal. Food and beverage items will be discarded immediately, even if unopened. 

•Youth Protection: In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, mixed-gender accommodation for minors without guardians is prohibited. Pre-approval for same-gender accommodation can be obtained by contacting the front desk in advance. Violations will result in immediate expulsion without refund or cancellation. The hotel reserves the right to seek damages for any business disruptions caused.

•Please be aware that lost and found items will be kept for up to two weeks before being disposed of. Any food or beverage items will be discarded immediately upon being found, even if they are unopened.

•Youth Protection: In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, mixed gender accommodation for minors without guardians is not possible.
