* Uh flat Seocho branch is a non-parking accommodation.

* As a result, free parking is not available, and you must use a separate paid parking lot in the basement of the building. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for parking when the parking lot is full.

* In the case of paid parking, if you contact us in advance before using the parking lot, we can give you a 70% discount, so if you call the front desk within business hours (AM 09:00-03:00), we will help you register the parking.

* When registering parking in a paid parking lot, it costs about 1,700 won per price hour and 40,000 won for 24 hours.

* You can move Building A and Building B through B1.
* There are two elevators in Building A and one in Building B.
* In case of an emergency, please move to the ground through the emergency exit.

Amenities and Equipment Information

In-room amenities include kitchenware such as a microwave, basic cooking utensils, bowls, cups, spoons, wine glasses, and a wine opener (rice cooker not available).

Bathroom supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hairdryer, and towels (cleansing foam and soap not available).

Other items such as an iron, and charger are available upon request.

Guidelines on Precautions When Using a Room

• The room's layout, props, and view may differ from the pictures. Cancellation or refund due to this reason is not possible.

• Please be punctual for check-in and check-out. Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged, and charges may apply.

• Room Furniture: Guests are requested not to move any of the furniture in their room as it is strictly prohibited and any damages or changes to the furniture will result in full compensation.

• Room Decorations: Guests are kindly reminded that any damage to the walls due to the attachment of items such as balloons will be charged for original protection.

• Room Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or external contractors that may be required due to discoloration, contamination, or odor caused by their use of the room

• It is not possible to bring pets into the room, and failure to comply with this rule may result in forced check-out. Please note that no refund or cancellation will be granted in this case.

• Please be aware that lost and found items will be kept for up to two weeks before being disposed of. Any food or beverage items will be discarded immediately upon being found, even if they are unopened.

• Youth Protection: In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, mixed gender accommodation for minors without guardians is not possible. Guests should seek pre-approval for same-gender accommodation by inquiring with the front desk. Any violation will result in a forced exit and no refund or cancellation will be possible. The hotel reserves the right to seek damages in the event of a business suspension.
